7News has learned Prince George’s County officials are considering a range of options that go beyond curfews to stop large groups of teens from gathering, fighting, and stealing at The National Harbor.

According to sources, the plan will likely be announced later this week.

Video obtained by 7News shows what appears to be more than 100 young people gathered around a fight. The people scattered when police arrived.
