7News has learned that a prohibition on unaccompanied juveniles at National Harbor from 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights is being planned after large crowds of teens caused disturbances Saturday night.

According to multiple sources, the emergency order from Prince George’s County leaders will include not just that blanket curfew, but fines for parents who knowingly allow their children to violate the order. It also seeks to intercept rideshare vehicles bringing teens to the harbor by requiring the cars to unload at one designated area.

The Prince George’s County Council on Tuesday also gave emergency status to a bill allowing business districts in the county to seek curfews on their properties as well.
